1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of VisaCopilot’s website, mobile app, and related services operated by Evante Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Acceptance of these terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional AI training or improvement, storing interview recordings, or marketing communications.

2. A preparation service
VisaCopilot provides AI mock interviews, preparation feedback, coaching, and document readiness tools. We help you practice communicating your own facts clearly and consistently.
Practice does not guarantee approval
VisaCopilot is not an immigration authority, embassy, consulate, or government service, and is not affiliated with them. We do not issue visas, make official immigration decisions, or guarantee visa approval.
Scores measure practice, not approval likelihood. Document checks are preparation feedback, not official verification. Our output is preparation assistance, not legal advice or official verification of your documents. AI can make mistakes, miss information, or generate inaccurate feedback. A score or simulated outcome is not a prediction of the decision an immigration officer will make.
You are responsible for checking information against current official requirements, reviewing AI output before relying on it, and obtaining qualified professional advice where needed.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. VisaCopilot initially serves users in India; access in other countries may be introduced separately.
Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate someone else or access another person’s account without permission.
If you accept these terms for an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization. Each person using its accounts must meet the age requirement.
4. Your information and content
You retain your rights in documents, answers, recordings, and other content you provide. You give us permission to process that content to deliver the features you request, including through the providers described in the Privacy Policy.
Any future optional improvement program would require a separate opt-in, be off by default, and follow the exclusions and withdrawal limits in Privacy Policy section 4. Accepting these terms or storing recordings would not supply that consent. An optional improvement program is not currently available.
Only provide information you have the right to share. Your visa preparation and real applications must use truthful information. You are responsible for reviewing extracted details and generated suggestions and correcting errors.
The planned 12-month preparation-data limit described in the Privacy Policy is separate from interview-credit validity. Keep your own copies of important documents and information. The Privacy Policy explains that this is a planned limit, not a cleanup process currently available in the service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use VisaCopilot to create fraudulent documents, invent applicant facts, coach deception, violate another person’s rights, or engage in unlawful activity.
Do not attempt to bypass payment or credit controls, interfere with service security, introduce malicious code, extract other users’ information, or abuse the service through unauthorized automated access. Reselling access requires our written agreement.
6. Purchases and interview credits
Individual preparation plans are one-time purchases rather than recurring subscriptions. The price, applicable taxes, number of credits, and included features are shown at purchase. Payment is processed by the payment processor offered at checkout.
Interview credits purchased by individual users do not expire. A preparation-data retention limit does not change this. Credits are entitlements to use the service, not cash deposits, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Credit requirements and session limits are disclosed with the relevant plan or before the interview starts. You are responsible for reviewing those details before purchasing or starting a session.
Price or plan changes apply to future purchases and do not reduce credits you already purchased. Free or promotional access may carry conditions disclosed when offered.
7. Refunds and failed sessions
General rule: purchased unused credits would not receive a discretionary cash refund solely for a change of mind, a disappointing practice score, or a visa refusal. Mandatory consumer remedies and the closure exceptions in section 10 take priority.
Current automatic restoration
The current automatic restoration flow covers an initial connection failure before the interview connects and before any answer is saved. If a credit was charged, an accepted failure report returns it to the balance; repeating the same accepted report does not return extra credits. This is credit restoration, not a cash refund.
A connection drop after the interview connects, a partial interview, microphone or device problems, or missing or unusable feedback do not currently receive automatic restoration through that flow. They require investigation and do not become ineligible for a lawful remedy just because automation is unavailable.
Broader failure review
A service-side fault that prevents a usable practice conversation or its included feedback would qualify for review, including a partial session, connection interruption, or persistent feedback-generation failure. A poor score alone would not qualify. Device-permission or local-network problems would be investigated rather than automatically treated as service faults.
Report the issue to [email protected] with your account email, session identifier, time, and a brief description. Do not include passport details or full application documents. For repeat failures, ask for escalation and stop retrying sessions that keep consuming credits.
Review and restoration targets: acknowledge within 7 calendar days and provide a decision or reasoned progress update within 30 calendar days. Confirmed eligible failures would have charged credits restored within 2 business days of the decision. If an equivalent service cannot be provided after repeated failures, consider an appropriate refund or other remedy, subject to applicable law.
8. Organization accounts
Credits purchased by organizations may expire. The expiry date or validity period must be specified in the organization’s order, checkout details, or written agreement before purchase. The no-expiry rule for individual purchases does not apply to organization credits.
The organization’s order or agreement also describes seat allocation, included services, and any other agreed commercial terms. Where those terms differ from these terms, the organization agreement governs those commercial matters, subject to applicable law. It does not replace an individual’s consent to optional AI improvement.
9. Intellectual property
Evante Technologies and its licensors retain rights in VisaCopilot’s software, branding, interface, and service materials. We permit you to access and use the service for your preparation, or for an organization’s authorized users under its agreement.
You may use your practice feedback for your preparation. AI-generated output may be similar to output given to other users and may not qualify for exclusive intellectual property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of your uploaded documents to us.
Do not copy or commercially redistribute our software, branding, or service materials without permission, except where allowed by law.
10. Availability, suspension, and ending use
Features may change, and access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, or provider outages. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Section 7 distinguishes the current automatic failure flow from the broader review policy.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful activity, payment abuse, or a material breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. You can contact support to question a restriction.
Remaining individual credits
Preparation-data deletion would not by itself remove purchased credits. Before voluntary account deletion, support would show the unused paid balance, distinguish free or promotional credits, and explain the financial effect of closure. No paid balance should be silently forfeited by the deletion process.
Closure exception: if we permanently discontinue the service or close an account for reasons unrelated to the user’s material breach, unused individually purchased credits would receive a proportionate refund based on the amount actually paid, subject to applicable law. Free or promotional credits have no cash value. For a closure connected to a material breach, any retention or refund decision would need an explained, lawful basis and a way to challenge it.
Voluntary account deletion does not, by itself, create an automatic cash refund under the general rule. Before irreversible closure, support would resolve the balance treatment with the user in writing and explain any applicable alternatives or mandatory refund. We would not use a policy change or service closure as a hidden new expiry date for individual paid credits. A balance dispute must not block a valid data-deletion request; any necessary financial claim or legally required billing record would be handled separately.
11. Service limitations and consumer rights
We do not warrant that AI output is complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular immigration outcome. Visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities. You must exercise your own judgment and verify important information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on preparation output, including a particular visa or travel outcome. This does not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights, refunds, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable Indian consumer protection law. Those rights take priority over any conflicting wording in these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact [email protected] first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
Disputes belong before courts or consumer forums with jurisdiction under applicable law. We do not specify an unconfirmed exclusive dispute city. Nothing here prevents access to a legally available consumer commission or other required forum.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes before they take effect where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to completed purchases or serve as consent to new optional uses of your data.
Questions about accounts, purchases, failed sessions, or these terms can be sent to Evante Technologies at [email protected].
